Coarse Pulper

This machine is meant and designed for extration of the pulp from fruits.The system comprises of two beaters.The beater blades are designed with serations on the outer edge to give a better cutting and beating action.The beater blades shall be mounted on a rotating shaft.. The whole assembly shall be enclosed in a stainless steel sieve. The pulper has an inclined design  in order to ensure that there is smooth product flow and no accumulation of the product inside the pulper , which reduces the load on the machine. 
 

Rotary Scrape Surface Pasteuriser

This unit is particularly suited for pasteurisation of dense,semi dense or liquid products.The unit has a simple and unique construction,consisting of an internal stainless steel pipe mounted with taflon scraper blades. On a rotating shaft inside the inner tube. The inner tube is enclosed by a outer external tube of mild steel,which acts as a steam jacket.The product flows through the inner stainless steel tube with help of a Roto pump,which is connected at the outlet point of blending tanks.In the outer jacket steam is fed.The product inside the inner tube gets heated up and reaches at pasterisation temp.The rotor fitted with teflon scrapers continuously keeps on scrapping the product to avoid any burning of the product. 

Juice Finisher

The whole assembly shall be enclosed in a stainless steel sieve. The pulper has an inclined design  in order to ensure that there is smooth product flow and no accumulation of the product inside the pulper , which reduces the load on the machine

Potato slicer

Fruit Belt Elevator

The purpose of elevator shall be to pick up the sorted/trimmed and cut fruits from the discharge point of the inspection conveyor and feed the same to the pulping machines.The elevator belt shall be apprx.350 m m wide and the height of the elevator shall be equal to the height of feed point of Pulpers.The belt shall be fitted with elevated flights on the belt to carry the fruits in upward direction without falling back of fruits. The elevator structure shall be fabricated out of suitable square section of mild steel.The elevator shall be supplied complete with feed hopper and discharge hopper.
